Cettina

With COMAP since 2002
Human resources manager and executive assistant – Brescia plant (Italy)

"I started out at COMAP as an executive assistant. After receiving in-house training and with the support of my management, I specialised in human resources and now have two roles: human resources manager and executive assistant. I'm in charge of personnel management, from recruitment to budgets and liaising with the trade unions on site. I'm also the first point of contact for employees when it comes to training and skills enhancement. I also assist the plant director in his day-to-day tasks. "

Frédéric

With COMAP since 2011
Technical Sales Advisor (Consumer) – COMAP France

"I'm in charge of developing the business in the Rhône-Alpes, Auvergne and central regions for the Consumer division of COMAP France, i.e. all COMAP-branded products sold to members of the public. My work is very varied: I liaise with our Big Box customers (DIY segment), train sales staff and decide on the positioning of our products in-store".

Sabrina

With COMAP since 2006
Accounts Payable Administrator

"I was originally hired as a sales assistant by COMAP's French subsidiary. I then underwent extensive training, both externally and in-house, before joining the Group's accounts department. I'm in charge of accounts payable, which involves receiving, settling and processing invoices".

Patrick

With COMAP since 1975
Hydrolysis Operator/Packer – Nevers plant

"I started my career as a toolmaker before becoming a hydrolysis operator. I produce the steam baths, depending on the type and diameter of each pipe, during the pipe cross-linking stage. This accelerates the cross-linking process, which gives the pipes their technical properties, such as resistance to high temperatures. I also dry and pack the pipes".

Wim

With COMAP since 2013
Key Account Manager (Dutch language) – COMAP Benelux

"My job is to increase sales and expand our distribution network. My team and I cover the Flemish-speaking part of Belgium. Since establishing a joint sales platform for the Benelux countries in partnership with VSH, a company I used to work for, we have been able to increase the range of products we offer, especially in plastics, which is creating some exciting new business opportunities".

Morgane

With COMAP since 2010
Logistics Manager – Nevers plant

"My team consists of warehouse personnel, forwarding agents and plant production planners. We're responsible for inventory management in an 8,000 m² warehouse and for picking orders for our customers. On average, 3 to 4 million metres of pipes are shipped each month".

Nicole

With COMAP since 1992
Customer Service Representative – COMAP France

"As a Customer Service Representative, I advise and deal with queries from our distribution partners on prices, lead times and technical solutions. We also work with our major installers to secure future business from them."

Emmanuel

With COMAP since 2010
Upstream Supply Chain Manager

"Together with my team, our job is to make sure products are available for customers. I'm in charge of the medium and long-term production schedules at our plants, as well as being responsible for the procurement of trade products at our logistics platform in Chécy. We handle almost 6,000 SKUs a day."

Manon

With COMAP since 2011
Order picker – Chécy logistics centre (45)

"I have three different duties, depending on my position: preparing orders, inspecting orders and finally preparing special orders on request. We have to work with other colleagues doing different jobs, under the instruction of a team leader."

Nicolas

With COMAP since 1985
Product Quality Manager

"My job is to make sure trade products are 100% compliant. I draw up technical and quality specifications, carry out the tests and analyses necessary for certification and perform quality audits of our suppliers. I also assist with product development at our production sites. The job requires thorough knowledge of our industrial processes, so I make full use of my previous roles in production and quality at the Saint-Denis-de-l’Hôtel factory".
